QUADCA Approved Manufacturers
The right duct and dryer vent cleaning tools for the job.
There are dozens of ways to clean ducts and just as many types of air duct cleaning equipment. At QUADCA, we have over 40 years of air duct cleaning experience. That means we’ve cleaned ducts every way that you can and used all the various types of equipment to do it. There are some types of equipment that work great and a lot of machines that look like they work well, but all they do is take your money. All of our approved equipment uses the Push-Pull method of air duct cleaning. This requires a high-powered vacuum system and a high-pressure air compressor with agitation tools.
As a QUADCA member, we want to make sure you don't waste your money. We’ve compiled a basic list of what we would expect one of our members to use at a site.

High-powered Duct Trucks
Considered the top and best way to clean ducts, power vacuum trucks can provide the best suction and compressed air power for a thorough duct cleaning. They have their own set of pros and cons but, for the most part, the Power Vac Duct truck is always the best option for residential air duct cleaning.

High-powered Portable Electric Duct Vacuums
These are high-powered vacuums with large 8-12” diameter vacuum hoses and are designed to run next to the duct you are going to vacuum from and usually only require 5-10 feet of hose. Because you don't lose much suction in the short hose runs, you don't need as much sucking power.
Some machines will state they are HEPA certified but, at QUADCA, we know that HEPA Certification is a tricky thing to maintain. That’s why we have not made it a required mandate in our membership. QUADCA places more emphasis on the brand of equipment. If you have a good brand, it will use a proper filtration system that is safe and efficient to use in a customer's home.

High-powered Portable GAS Machines
These are similar to the duct trucks in that they run outside and can have tremendous suction. These have been a great addition to the duct cleaning industry as they offer powerful suction in a small package and are very affordable. The only downside is they operate with small gas engines so they can be tricky during cold winters.
